E-mail counselling

The e-mail counselling provided by the Counselling Centre is available to all students and employees of the University of Bern, the Bern University of Applied Sciences and the Bern University of Teacher Education.
 

Not all questions can be answered by e-mail, especially if they are rather complex. Therefore, we may suggest a personal counselling session with us, depending on your concerns. 
 

E-mail counselling is only available during the Counselling Centre's opening hours. E-mail counselling is not provided outside opening hours and during holidays.

In the event of a personal crisis, you can visit us in person, contact us by telephone during office hours, or contact the Crisis Intervention Centre at the Inselspital.
